Into your deep heart, where God awaits.

Healing through Forgiveness

Where pain no longer has the final word in your life.

From wounds, to truth, to change, to God

Where you learn to love.

Transform your life. Heal the wounds of your heart. Restore your relationships with God, yourself, and others. Journey to the place where pain can be transformed and the heart becomes free to love. Guided by Mother Siluana and St. Sofian, into your deep heart—the place of encounter with God.

But how do we learn forgiveness when the wounds feel too deep? This is where the wisdom of those who have walked before us becomes a needed light on our path.

Mother Siluana shows us the how: a step-by-step process of freeing the mind, cleansing the heart, and recovering our freedom to love.

not only something taught —
but something lived deeply

Why Forgiveness Matters

Forgiveness is not just a spiritual concept—it’s a practical, daily path of healing, the key to freedom, peace, and love—both in this life and in the life to come. Through this journey you will:

  • Begin to heal your relationships with yourself, God, others, and the world around you
  • Learn to recognize and work with anger, resentment, wounds, and patterns that keep you bound
  • Know how to respond when old wounds resurface or new wounds arise
  • Develop a new inner way of living, rooted in greater freedom, hope, and joy—even when circumstances do not change
The Inspiration

Behind This Course

This course is rooted in the work of Mother Siluana Vlad, abbess of St. Siluan the Athonite Monastery in Romania and founder of the Center for Formation and Counseling “Saint Archangels Michael and Gabriel.”

She carried a rare gift: the ability to weave together the wisdom of the Holy Fathers, the truth of Scripture, and the best of modern psychology. She created the Forgiveness Seminar, a program that touched thousands of lives in Romania and across Europe.

“We have created this teaching ‘protocol,’ so to speak, in which we learn—from secular science everything that is most valuable in its discoveries about human suffering, and from the Holy Fathers in the Philokalia, how they look at the human soul and their methods for healing, for becoming more spiritual.” —Mother Siluana

I was fortunate to learn from her in the last years of her life. Her wisdom shaped my own healing journey and, with her blessing, I am now bringing her teachings to the United States. I know that everyone who is willing to start can learn to grieve and forgive beyond the psychological realm, into full healing of the body and soul.

The Healing Through Forgiveness course builds directly on her Forgiveness Seminar, with my own personal and professional experience. Together, these teachings form a clear, step-by-step path for anyone willing to move from wounds into freedom, peace, and love.

The 5 Phases

Of the Journey

No matter where you begin—whether overwhelmed, confused, angry, numb, or just longing for more joy in your life—there is a place for you here. You do not need to have it all figured out.  You do not need to feel ready. Only willing to begin.

This course takes you step by step:

1. Prepare

See clearly what forgiveness is— and what it is not.

Understand the core of forgiveness and clear the myths that keep you stuck

2. Uncover

Understand where wounds begin and how they repeat.

Learn about Cain as the first aggressor, and your patterns of struggle

3. Decide

Choose life over any old wounds and current difficulties.

Make the decision to let go of your patterns of struggle and to forgive

4. Surrender

Face the last obstacle—open your deeper heart to Him.

Learn the practical steps of forgiveness and how to make peace with God

5. Thrive

Go beyond forgiveness into a new “lifestyle” of continuous renewal

The Forgiveness Liturgy – learn how to address all problems from now on

This path doesn’t just teach you about forgiveness—it helps you learn to love and live a new way of life.

an ongoing process, a new lifestyle, beyond forgiveness, into joy and love.

Testimonials

Stories of Healing and Hope

Glory to God

“Before I joined this course, I was completely lost. I wanted to achieve forgiveness for my [soon to be ex and his family]. I got so much more than that. There is a lightness in my life now. I know the person I was before this course was not able to give Glory to God in the way He deserves. I know what it means to be a true Christian again, even though I fell hard and far away from Christ for many years.”

Better Relationships

“I have noticed my relationships improving as a result of the insights I am gaining.”

Beyond the 12-Steps

“I found this line particularly compelling ‘We need to overcome denial, the greatest obstacle to our spiritual healing.” It really is the work of AA as well, it is just interesting that this time around through working with the Holy Spirit a whole different kind of layer has been revealed.”

About Sacraments

“My confession prep has less guilt and I feel more apt to do it, especially when feelings of resentment or anger come up. I feel as though this course has helped me enjoy and notice parts of the liturgy more, and I can be more present.”

Life Feels Brighter

“My confession prep has less guilt and I feel more apt to do it, especially when feelings of resentment or anger come up. I feel as though this course has helped me enjoy and notice parts of the liturgy more, and I can be more present.”

Peace without Reconciliation

“I made peace with the family of origin junk, stopped trying to figure it out and just gave it to the Lord. Such a heavy yoke to be carrying around, a lot of peace on the other side of giving up.”

I Meet Pain With Less Fear

“Healing Through Forgiveness did not “fix” my life—but it gave me a different way to live it. I learned to meet my pain with less fear, my reactions with more awareness, and God with more honesty. My heart kind of softened, and that changed everything.”

He Transforms my Heart

“The coursework is at once difficult and gentle. It offers first a practical path then that path leads me into God’s presence where He transforms my heart. It is a path to be lived continuously not completed.”

I Truly Forgive Them

“I put it all on me for not being perfect enough to receive love. I can honestly say this course is helping me accept what happened to me and give it up to God, truly forgive them, and move on.”

Not Alone in My Struggles

“It showed me how rich and layered our inner world is—and how easily we can get stuck in our own darkness. Through prayer and the tools we learned, I began to discern my emotions with God instead of relying on my own strength. One of the greatest gifts was realizing I’m not alone in my struggles. HTF helped me experience the Liturgy of Forgiveness as a way of living.”

Reconnect with Myself and the Lord

“HTF transformed the way I pray by bringing the living presence of God into the heart of prayer. I learned to face the parts of myself I used to hide, to reconcile with my past, and to offer my wounds to God. It helped me understand my patterns, heal old hurts, and reconnect with myself and the Lord. I am deeply grateful for the guidance, compassion, and healing I received.”

Exceptional Journey

“The overall journey has been absolutely exceptional, the way you are weaving everything as facilitator and overseer is just amazing. It has allowed so much space for the Holy Spirit to really do the work. Often a pastor, priest or therapist dictates a lot, and it becomes very logical and the attempt to ingest all the logic really is futile.

Getting alone with God, the inventory, the conversation, the things that come up, it’s just so profound.”

A Priest's Gratitude

“One of the things that first invited me to put real trust in M. Siluana’s approach was that I had begun to do something rather similar to what she recommends; namely, lifting up the people who have offended me, along with the Gifts, right before the Consecration. “May Your Holy Spirit descend upon us and upon these Gifts…” becomes more powerful as I am more aware of how that “us” includes those who have offended me. Every Liturgy is already a “forgiveness Liturgy”. But now, that is true in a more conscious, deliberate, and deeper way. I am profoundly grateful.”

Heart Transplant

So much of this course (“course” somehow doesn’t seem the right word, exactly) has been about learning to bless God for those things which are hard to give thanks for, hard even to admit and accept, much less to offer to the Lord. This course has been hard indeed, but in the way that a heart transplant operation can be painful. May the Lord bless you for the work and prayer which went into this course, which has been and will continue to be such a source of Grace for me

Answer to My Search For Healing

The Forgiveness Program was an answer to my own search for healing that had led me to Christ. It helped me begin forgiving from the heart (not just mind) and freed me from many old, unresolved wounds I believed would never heal. Without this program, I would not have found the clarity and courage to follow my calling, or the inner strength for the spiritual struggle of monastic life.

Meet Your Guide

Corina

I know forgiveness is possible because I have experienced its transforming work in my own life. Through the guidance of Mother Siluana Vlad, I have learned a different way of meeting the wounds of my own life and the pain passed down through generations. The pain of the past no longer has to determine the future; it can become the beginning of a different way of living—with greater freedom, hope, joy, and love.

I was also blessed to be a spiritual daughter of the newly canonized St. Sofian of Antim. After enduring torture and imprisonment under Communism, he forgave his persecutors and went on to offer his life and love to a generation thirsting for truth—a generation of which I was part. His life and teaching continue to guide me.

His words will accompany and guide us throughout this course.

what you

Will Gain

  • Tools for releasing resentment, toxic anger and the desire for revenge
  • Peace in your relationships—with or without reconciliation
  • The beginning of a legacy of hope and love for the next generation

Details

Healing Through Forgiveness is a comprehensive eight-week online course inspired by Mother Siluana Vlad’s Forgiveness Seminar, with Corina’s additions to support understanding, practice, and integration. It incorporates neuroscience-informed mind-body practices, is trauma-informed, and is grounded in ancient Christian teaching—biblical, patristic, and sacramental. The course offers a lifelong framework for the work of forgiveness, engaging soul and body, mind and heart.

You can take the course in three ways:

  • Tier 1 — Core Course: The complete eight-session program, including all course materials, assessments, and written feedback on each session.
  • Tier 2 — Group Journey: Everything in Tier 1, plus eight live small-group Zoom sessions, a private participant community, personal guidance and integration with Corina, and the new course The Foundations of Presence: Attention, Awareness, Discernment & Choice at no additional cost.
  • Tier 3 — Deep Immersion: Everything in Tier 2, plus four private 60-minute one-on-one sessions with Corina.

Questions?

What makes this course transformational?

If you begin to read this page and something in you resonates, or some tiny part of you recognizes its deep desire to free yourself through this process of forgiveness, as I experienced when I first heard Mother Siluana on YouTube, then your transformation has already started!

Healing Through Forgiveness (HTF) is the only course that integrates the core Christian beliefs of love and freedom, rooted in biblical, patristic, and liturgical knowledge, and is also supported by the latest discoveries of neuroscience and the understanding of the inseparable link between mind, body, and spirit. This course is structured so that each session builds on the previous one, adding up the power of prayer, information, and self-examination.

The transformation is not the result of treatment since this is not secular psychotherapy, but “soul-healing”, as in Greek, “therapy” means healing, and “psyche” means soul. As a holistic program, it offers the psycho-education necessary for examining oneself and achieving soul knowledge.

The process of forgiveness is the deepest personal process of healing- through the grace of God. Yours is the intention and the work of bringing everything (thoughts, feelings, ideas, desires, needs, agendas, etc.) to the surface, to offer them to God. Then God will do the rest. God wants you and hears the slightest murmur of your heart. But he cannot work without your consent. He needs your consent, your “I believe, help my unbelief.” -Mark 9-24

So, the only requirement to participate in the Healing Through Forgiveness course is a willingness to start the process, even if you do not believe that you can fully forgive right now.

God is the one who heals and helps you forgive fully, but God needs your willingness, time for self-examination, and prayer.

You will learn not only the steps of forgiveness but also how to apply them before you fully forgive, so that you can go on with your life and not be stuck. You will have a plan for the rest of your life, renewed power through grace, and improved relationships.

You have lifetime access to this course and ongoing resources after the end of the course.

In general, people struggle with letting go of anger and the desire to punish or retaliate in their own ways. Therefore, this process will be unique to you, depending on the extent of your past wounds, previous time spent in treating them, and your current awareness, willingness, and dedication.

When does this course begin?

Course Format & Schedule

The Core HTF Online Course
You will have access to the course immediately after enrollment, with one module released each week for eight weeks.

You have lifetime access to the course and may return to the teachings and practices at your own pace. Your enrollment also includes one written feedback response from Corina for each of the eight sessions, available for six months from the date of purchase.

The HTF Group Journey
The live group begins Monday, October 12, 2026, and meets from 4:30–6:00 PM Pacific Time.

The group runs through December 7, 2026, with no meeting on November 30.

The program includes eight live Zoom sessions over nine weeks.

The HTF Deep Immersion
Deep Immersion follows the same live group schedule and includes four private 60-minute 1:1 HTF coaching sessions with Corina.

These sessions are scheduled in advance, beginning during the first week of the group and completed within one month after the final group session.

Individual HTF Coaching
Individual HTF coaching is also available separately for those who would benefit from more personalized guidance or would like to deepen their HTF work.

Refund Policy
I want you to have enough time to begin the course and determine whether HTF is the right fit for you. If you decide that it is not, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are available after the 30-day period.

Payment Plans
Flexible payment plans are available for all three options.

One small point: I would avoid saying “self-paced” immediately followed by “one module per week.” Technically, it is progressively released but can be completed at their own pace. The wording above makes that distinction clearer.

Who is this course for?

This course may be for you if you want to:

  • Work with wounds from the past through a guided, step-by-step process of forgiveness
  • Better understand your thoughts, emotions, body responses, beliefs, and patterns connected with what happened to you
  • Recognize how past wounds may continue to affect your present relationships and responses
  • Examine the ways you may have wounded yourself or others, while learning to distinguish your responsibility from what belongs to someone else
  • Grow in freedom in your relationship with yourself
  • Explore reconciliation with others when it is possible, appropriate, and safe
  • Become less bound by anger, resentment, blame, fear, or recurring patterns
  • Learn how to respond when old wounds are activated or new wounds arise
  • Restore, renew, and deepen your relationship with God
  • Learn to bring your wounds, pain, desires, and your whole life to God through the ongoing practice of the Forgiveness Liturgy

This course may not be the appropriate setting for you right now if:

Healing Through Forgiveness is deeply personal work, but it is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, trauma treatment, or crisis care.

If you are currently experiencing significant psychological instability, an acute mental health crisis, active substance dependence, severe symptoms that interfere with your ability to engage safely in self-examination, or trauma that requires individualized treatment, HTF may not be the appropriate place to begin.

Having a mental health diagnosis does not necessarily mean that you cannot participate. What matters is whether you are sufficiently stable for this kind of work and have the appropriate professional support when needed.

If you are uncertain, please contact me before enrolling. I can help you consider whether HTF coaching is an appropriate container at this time or whether psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or another form of support would be more appropriate.

Part of healing is learning to discern what kind of support you need, and when.

30-Day Refund Policy

I want you to have enough time to begin the course and determine whether HTF is the right fit for you.

If, after beginning the course, you decide that it is not appropriate for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are available after the 30-day period.

How long will the course be?

The course is designed to be completed over 8 sessions, with a one-week break before the final session.

Although you may complete the self-examination and reflection work at your own pace, I encourage you to maintain the rhythm of the course as much as possible. Continuity and momentum support the depth of the process.

You will have lifetime access to the course materials, so you can return to the teachings whenever you need them.

Your enrollment also includes personal written feedback from me on the assignment of each of the eight sessions. This feedback is available for 6 months from the date of purchase.

The six-month period applies only to my personal feedback; it does not limit your lifetime access to the course or require you to complete your personal work before you are ready.

In summary: lifetime access to the course + 6 months to submit up to 8 session assignments for my personal written feedback.

Will there be a community to share with?

The Core HTF Course
Each lesson includes a Comment section where participants may share reflections and discuss the course material with one another. I may occasionally respond when a clarification would be helpful to everyone, but the Comment section is not a place for individual coaching or ongoing personal support.

Your Core Course enrollment includes one written feedback response from me for each of the eight sessions, available during the six-month feedback period.

HTF Group Journey & Deep Immersion
Each live cohort also has a private participant community for sharing, reflection, and connection between our meetings. I will participate periodically, while my primary teaching, guidance, and interaction with you will take place during our live Zoom sessions.

The community is an important part of the group experience, but it is not an additional coaching or counseling space between sessions.

Private HTF Groups for Parishes
Healing Through Forgiveness can also be offered as a private group for parishes and church communities. The course can be offered with live Zoom sessions and structured to support the particular needs of the parish group while remaining faithful to the HTF process.

Please contact me if your parish is interested in offering Healing Through Forgiveness.

Individual HTF Coaching
Individual HTF coaching is available for those who would benefit from working through the HTF process one-to-one.
